RETURN POLICY
To ensure a fair and transparent return process, please carefully read our return policy below:
1. Mandatory 360° Unboxing Video
- A complete 360-degree unboxing video is required for any return request.
- The video must clearly show:
- The package before opening (all sides)
- The sealing condition
- The full unboxing process without any cuts or edits
- The product condition immediately after opening
2. No Return Without Video Proof
- Returns will NOT be accepted without a proper 360° unboxing video.
- Partial videos, edited clips, or unclear recordings will be rejected.
3. Valid Reasons for Return
Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
- Damaged product received
- Wrong product delivered
- Missing items in the package
4. Return Request Timeframe
- Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
- Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
5. Product Condition for Return
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- All accessories, tags, and items must be intact
6. Approval Process
- Our team will review the unboxing video and return request
- If approved, further instructions will be provided
7. Refund / Replacement
- Approved returns will be processed as:
- Replacement (if available), or
- Refund (as per company policy)

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
